There are multiple forms of communication that could be used during the process. We start off early on asking our customers what their preferred format of communication is. Some people like to meet face-to-face while others prefer talking on the phone, texting or emailing. We are happy to oblige any of those forms of communication. We have just found that with our customers, we tried to overly communicate the details in writing to them so that they can see important details on a sheet of paper and have tracking for it. We find that explanations of more complicated parts of the process our best done in person on the job site or visually face-to-face.
